The Keller Williams Redlands Real Estate School courses are offered in association with the Chamberlin Real Estate School (CalBRE Sponsor S0082). Chamberlin School is the course sponsor and approved by the California Bureau of Real Estate to fulfill the education requirement to qualify for the salesperson examination.
Cost of our Courses are 100% fully reimbursed through your closings after you join any participating Keller Williams office.
You can start anytime! The Group Study Course meets every Wednesday night and you can start anytime as we just keep rotating through the materials. You can jump in and pick it up at anytime.
There is a $60 examination fee and $245 license fee paid directly to CalBRE. Total: $305.
California has no agreements with other States to waive its licensing requirements for someone already licensed in another state. Unless prior approval has been granted by the California Real Estate Commissioner, no private vocational real estate school outside the State of California may grant credit for the required pre-license courses.
In 2016, there were 50,201 exams administered, but only 22,916 licenses issued, according to The California Bureau of Real Estate (CalBRE) statistics. It’s not so easy.
If you do not pass the final exam on the first try, CalBRE allows you one re-take. You must wait 2½ weeks (18 calendar days) before you can re-take the exam. Be aware that the questions on the re-take exam will be completely different from the questions on the original final exam. If you fail the re-examination you must re-do the entire course and wait 18 calendar days before being allowed to take the final exam again. You can retake our 1 Day Live Prep Course for Free.
