Unless prior approval has been granted by the California Real Estate Commissioner, no private vocational real estate school outside the State of California may grant credit for the required pre-license courses.
How hard is it to pass the California real estate exam?admin2018-02-22T11:05:57-08:00
If you do not pass the final exam on the first try, CalBRE allows you one re-take. You must wait 2½ weeks (18 calendar days) before you can re-take the exam. Be aware that the questions on the re-take exam will be completely different from the questions on the original final exam. If you fail the re-examination you must re-do the entire course and wait 18 calendar days before being allowed to take the final exam again. You can retake our 1 Day Live Prep Course for Free.
Do you offer a Payment Plan?admin2018-02-22T11:06:26-08:00
Yes. If you have already taken the three college level courses and only need to prepare for the state exam, we recommend our Live Prep Course. It will greatly increase your chances of passing the exam the first time!

Our Online package and Group Study Package include the Live Prep Course and the online practice. Even though you may not able to take the live prep course, you will have an access to the online practice. You are not required to take the Live 1 Day Prep Course. However, it is highly recommended.
